How do I become an MV distributor?
Fill the enquiry form or call the trade line. We check whether your territory is open, discuss your reach on a short call, share the price list and margin sheet, then issue an appointment letter with your area written into it.
How long does the process take?
The first call usually happens within one working day. If your market is open and the documents are ready, an appointment can be closed inside a week.
Is my territory exclusive?
Your area is defined in the appointment letter and we do not appoint a second partner inside it while you are servicing it as agreed. If the market grows large enough to need more coverage, we discuss it with you before doing anything.
Can I apply for more than one district?
Yes, if you have the logistics and the working capital to service them. Mention every area you want on the form.
Commercials
What is the minimum order?
Small enough to be a genuine trial. The current figure is on the product page and in your price circular, because it changes with pack configuration.
What are the payment terms?
The opening order is usually against payment. Credit terms are considered once a supply history is built, and they are always confirmed in writing rather than over a call.
Who pays freight?
It depends on order size and distance. The freight position is stated on the quotation you receive — you will not be surprised by it on the invoice.
Are schemes on top of margin, or in place of it?
On top. Schemes are a push tool for a specific period, not a substitute for a fair standing margin.
Product and supply
What is the shelf life?
Stated on the product page and printed on every pack. Stock is dispatched fresh, and we do not push near-expiry material onto a new partner.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The green vegetarian mark is on the front of the pack.
How is damaged or unsold stock handled?
Against a written claims policy shared with your appointment letter. Raise it early with the batch code rather than at expiry, and it gets settled properly.
How many days for delivery?
You get a committed dispatch date when the order is confirmed. Transit time then depends on your location and the transporter.
Other
Do you sell single packs online to consumers?
No. This is a trade website. MV is sold through appointed distributors and the retail counters they service.
Do you do private label or contract manufacturing?
Write to us with your requirement and volumes and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
Do you export?
We take export enquiries. Mention the destination market so we can check labelling and documentation before quoting.
